Breakthrough Strategy

Strive for precision in detail, plan for the long term, and strive for uniqueness at the top.

These three principles are the key to finding a path forward:

First, strive for precision in detail. Manufacturing is a vast asset class, involving vast resources, but some resources are underutilized. Because this phenomenon has been around for so long, it's become commonplace. Within companies, a significant amount of industrial waste is generated daily. Reducing waste is also an effective way to save money.

Second, plan for the long term. Some European countries are small, with populations of only a few million or ten million, but the companies in these small European countries have broad visions, engaging in global business from a young age.

Third, strive for uniqueness at the top. The biggest problem with traditional industries is that countless companies can manufacture products they know how to make, but few dare to even attempt products they don't. Experience has proven that if you focus on uniqueness, the market will reward you handsomely. This is because these are underserved markets and areas where there aren't many competitors. The third lesson is to strive for uniqueness, continuously improve quality, product categories, and functionality, and continually upgrade to meet customer needs.

Proactively choose difficult tasks; only by not doing what you shouldn't can you achieve what you want.

闖路戰法(Creating a new path for traditional industries)

細處求精實、遠處謀佈局、高處爭獨到

傳傳突圍尋路就這三句:

第一句:細處求精益。製造業是非常龐大的資產,涉及龐大資源,但有些資源並沒有被充分有效利用。由於這種現像出現的時間很長,大家已經見怪不怪,習以為常。在企業內部,天天都會產生大量的工業浪費。減少浪費也是節流的有效方法。

第二句:遠處謀佈局:歐洲有些國家很小,人口只有幾百萬人、一千萬人,但這些歐洲小國的企業眼界很大,他們還很小的時​​刻,就開始做全球生意。

第三句:「高處爭獨到」。傳統產業最大的問題就是,會造的產品,無數企業都會製造。但是不會造的東西,連敢碰一碰的企業都少。經驗證明,只要能在獨到性上下功夫,市場一定會給你很好的回報。因為這是一個還沒有被滿足的市場,也是一個沒有太多對手跟你競爭的領域。往獨到性上努力,不斷提升品質、品類、功能,不斷升級、滿足顧客的要求,定會有效。

主動挑難的事情做,有所不為才能有所為。
